Cancellation Policy

After the contract is signed, cancellation fees will be applied as below;

Fifty percent (50 percent) of the training cost will be charged when a cancellation is made less than thirty (30) business days but more than twenty (20) business days prior to the scheduled training date.

A cancellation made less than twenty (20) business days prior to the scheduled training date will be charged 100 percent. Letter of clarification on the course cancellation issued by the organization must be officially submitted to Sasin Executive Education. The letter can be sent via email, fax or post.
